Our bags are made with high-quality recycled materials and Tyvek, a lightweight, durable and water-resistant material developed by DuPont. Tyvek is 100% recyclable and built to last, which is part of why our Puffer Collection holds up so well to daily travel.

Start with mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Always test a small area before cleaning the whole bag. For tougher stains, use a stain-specific cleaner. We do not recommend machine washing, because it can affect the bag's structure and finish.

Yes. All our bags are made from water-resistant materials, so light rain, spills and damp items inside are not a problem. Our Puffer Collection in particular is built to shrug off wet weather without losing its shape, and our pouches can even hold wet swimwear.

Hi Love Travel bags are water-resistant, not waterproof. They handle rain, splashes and damp swimwear without a problem, but they are not designed to be submerged, and we would not recommend leaving one out in heavy rain for an extended period. For beach and pool days, our pouches are made to hold wet items and keep the rest of your bag dry.

Hi Love Travel bags are designed in Chicago. They are manufactured by our production partners to Hi Love Travel quality standards before shipping from our facility in Mundelein, IL.

Yes. Every Hi Love Travel product is 100% vegan. We never use real leather, suede or any animal-derived materials, so you can shop with a clear conscience.

Yes, worldwide via DHL Worldwide. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer easy returns within 14 days of purchase for online store credit. Email customerservice@hilovetravel.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Every Hi Love Travel product goes through quality control before shipping. We do not offer a formal lifetime warranty, but if you receive a bag with a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your carrier link. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or email info@hilovetravel.com with your order number and we will help you locate it.
